Six Sigma Conference & Competition

An Annual Conference and Competition on Six Sigma is conducted to share the best practices and recognise the teams who have adapted this approach and delivered results for their respective organisations.

This year the final event was held at Bangalore, where 20 companies which were short listed through the regional rounds made presented. (Regional level 50 companies participated) The competition was held in 3 broad categories.

Category 1 : Lean Improvement - Manufacturing Organizations

Category 2 : Process Improvement

Category 3 : Quality Improvement Continuous and Bulk Organizations

Category 4 : Quality Improvement Discrete Manufacturing Organizations

This year we have also introduced special focus on Service Industries (Banks, Insurance, Retail...), keeping in mind the unique nature of business and need to solve the issue at faster pace. The service industry programs are focus on
